Refund Policy

Shaw Made It  offers returns on all full price merchandise within 30 days of your order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

To start a return, email support@shawmadeit.com. If your return is accepted, a label will be automatically generated for you.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note, that a return shipping fee and restocking fee is associated with returns and exchanges. If you item is returned for any other reason than the one specified, it will not be accepted for return.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Shaw Made It has the right to refuse returns. If you are outside our 30 day return period, or you have altered the artwork 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
